Dr. Glenn McClellan received his undergraduate degree in psychology from UCLA and his Masters degree from BIOLA University- Talbot Seminary. Glenn received his doctorate degree in clinical psychology from California Graduate Institute, Los Angeles, California.
Glenn grew up in Los Alamitos, CA and raised his family in Orange County California after spending two years in Northern Virginia at the Minirth, Meier and Byrd Hospital. He knows first hand the demands of parenting, working and keeping a marriage alive. Glenn enjoys coaching professional athletes and business executives and formed Top Performance Coaching as a way to reach more people desiring to be their best at sports and work.
Dr. Glenn has taught at Chapman University’s graduate school of psychology and at Vanguards graduate program. He has lectured extensively on the East Coast through the Minirth-Meier Hospital Conference Series and is known for his expertise with couples communication and his compassionate approach with his clients. Glenn now divides his time as a speaker and clinical psychologist.
Glenn cares deeply for people. He has gained wisdom over his 35 years from hours of listening to and understanding the needs of his clients. He has been married for over 33 years to his wife Cathie and they now enjoy life as empty-nesters.
Glenn enjoys running, biking, guitar, skiing and golfing. In addition to these activities, Glenn can be found surfing on almost every Saturday morning he’s home.
Elizabeth Shin, LCSW

Elizabeth completed her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Psychological Services at Northwestern University and her Masters degree in Social Work at UCLA.
Elizabeth is a California native and grew up in the San Gabriel Valley. Growing up in Southern California, Elizabeth understands the struggles individuals and families face in this demanding, fast-paced, multicultural environment. She believes deeply in the power of acceptance and hope in caring for every person’s individual needs and goals.
Elizabeth’s personal and professional experience has shaped her empathic and compassionate approach to helping people heal and grow. She has extensive experience working with clients from all walks of life serving people across Los Angeles County. She is experienced in providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy to clients from children to seasoned adults.
When she’s not working, Elizabeth enjoys hiking, eating her way through new places, and going to her beach with her family.
Cecilia J. McKay
Cecilia McKay completed her degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University. She received a law degree from Southwestern University Law School and her Masters in Psychology from Brandman University.
As a lawyer and certified court mediator, Cecilia has extensive experience in dispute resolution and helping families and couples find peaceful outcomes. Cecilia has worked with teenagers for 17 years in youth ministry, helping them find answers to spiritual questions, as well as helping them through issues such as: depression, anxiety, parent problems, relationship problems, and self-esteem concerns.
In addition, Cecilia brings an integrated clinical and pastoral perspective. She has worked as a hospital chaplain, helping families face terminal illness and end-of-life issues.
Cecilia’s compassion, foresight, and therapeutic skills gives her clients the ability to make informed life decisions that create change, momentum and health in the individuals, couples and families with whom she meets. As an AMFT, Cecilia continues her work with at risk children and teens, couples and families that require cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems work.
In her free time, Cecilia is devoted to her three young adult children. She enjoys hiking in nearby canyons with her Labrador retriever “Ginger”, and has recently taken up pickle ball. Her passion for cooking and adventure has her admittedly hooked on cooking shows and House Hunters International.
